Sugarindia,
through in-house Research and Development, has developed and
commercialized a state-of-the-art Lime Kiln with many
advantages. This kiln uses Sugarcane Baggasse as a fuel
resulting in environment protection and economical benefits. |

Baggasse-fired
Lime Kiln is useful for industries, such as sugar, paper,
precipitated lime, needing high purity lime for direct use in
the process of manufacture of tooth paste, talcum Powder etc.

offers technology/ consultancy services for setting up Baggasse-fired
Lime Kiln. |

With fossil
fuel and coal getting scarce, long-term economical solution is
only based on renewable bio-fuel with minimum generation of
CO2. |
|
Traditional
processes are batch process based on coal or oil as fuel
resulting in non-uniform heating, very low energy efficiency and
high contamination in quick lime. The novel process herein
offers minimum generation of green house gasses, minimum
impurity of coal in lime, uniform conversation of lime-stone to
quicklime and a continuous process. |
