Jaggery or
“panela” or whole sugar is a pure, wholesome, traditional,
unrefined, whole sugar derived from sugar cane juice. Sugar
cane juice is cleaned without adding any chemicals or
precipitants or artificial additives. Manufacturing process of
the Jaggery must contain the natural goodness of
minerals and vitamins inherently present in sugarcane juice.
Jaggery has many medicinal and therapeutic values apart from
being a connoisseurs choice in certain food items. Manufacturing
process has to be such that it is health-friendly, conserving
all therapeutic & healthy properties of jaggery, efficient, and cost effective. |

based on natural and herbal clarificants without adding any chemicals.

from milling of sugar cane to packaging it via automatic machines.
