Product Features--

Cane Syrup is completely natural and pure concentrated sugarcane juice. This dark-colored syrup is prepared by clarification & 'chemical free' processing of superior varieties of raw sugarcane juice. The mild processing preserves inherent vital minerals which otherwise would have been lost if subjected to extreme chemical-laden processing conditions.

 
Why is it healthy?

Cane Syrup is pure sugarcane juice and lots of vitamins & minerals! Not only does it have a pronounced sugarcane flavor, but is also laden with the affluence of more than a few vital nutrients. It is free from harmful chemicals as phosphoric acid, formic acid, sulphur dioxide, or any preservatives, flocculants, surfactants, bleaching agents or viscosity reducers. Its characteristic sugarcane aroma is absolutely unparalleled and its natural intrinsic nutrients make it a healthful sweetener! 

 
Applications--

Dilute Cane Syrup with water, add a dash of lemon juice & few sprigs of fresh mint and enjoy the refreshing drink!
Conventionally,
Cane Syrup
is best suited to full-flavored recipes like licorice candy, puddings & flans, meringues and fruit preserves. It is also ideal when you're caramelizing syrup or making a glaze.
It imparts depth of molasses and rich aroma to pies, coffee or chocolate cakes, fudges, BBQ sauces, and marinades.

Storage--

Storing Cane Syrup is very easy. It can be stored on the shelf for about two years/ up to a year after opening. Once open, it is best kept closed in the refrigerator to retard growth of microflora. Should any mold growth occur, the syrup should be discarded. The outside of the bottle should be cleaned of drips after each use. Sometimes pure cane syrups may crystallize in storage, but this causes no harm and they can be reliquified on a double boiler just like honey.
