is

confectionery requirements. It contains about 1.5-3% cornstarch to prevent
caking/ lumping. It is ideal candies, lollies, gum drops,
jujubes, chupa chups, and lozenges. |

Confectioner's Sugar
is fine in texture and dissolves faster in water than white crystal sugar, it is
vital in icings, confections and whip creams. It blends smoother and melts faster with no grainy texture, so it's excellent for all sorts of fillings, frostings, and glazes. It is used particularly for pastries, mousses and for sprinkling over fresh fruit, cookies, cereals, and pancakes.
It is also used to make Vanilla Sugar.

| Confectioner's Sugar is easy to use. It measures just like regular granulated white sugar. Since it is a fine powder, it should be kept in a cool and dry airtight environ lest small lumps may result. To avoid lumping and help keep freshness, store in an hermetically sealed container in a cool-dry place but do not refrigerate. Small lumps may occur, but they single out easily. |
