Fruit Brulee

Ingredients |

4 Strawberry, washed and halved
4 Fresh Peaches peeled and sliced
1 Bunch grapes, halved
4 Biscuits
1 pt Creme Fraiche
50gm Demerera Sugar |

Instructions |
|
Wash and slice in half all fruit. Starting with the
peaches, then strawberrys, then grapes, layer the fruit
so there are 3 separate layers. Pour the creme fraiche
on top, toss in demerera sugar and place under the grill
until sugar is melted. Serve immediately! |
