A sweetmeat cooked esp. during marriages-
Ingredients
Rice -200 g
Jaggery- 500 g
Mustard Oil- 300 ml for deep-frying
Preparation-
Make thick syrup of jaggery.
Grind rice into fine powder.
Mix jaggery syrup and rice well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make balls out of the mixture & roll them into
round shape & deep-fry in hot oil.
