is a pharmaceutical grade
sugar that complies with the IP standards

European
Union standards
for pharmaceutical grade sugar.
It has a color index of less than 25 ICUMSA.
The sugar is not only non-acidic, but it is also
completely scum-free. Due to its strict quality
standards, it has been
IP certified
by the Drug Controller of India. |

is non–acidic. |

All other sugars when
dissolved in water produce an acidic syrup because of excessive
chemical load incorporated during manufacture. |

It
is scum-free
and forms a sparkling solution. |

All other sugars when dissolved
in water produce a slightly hazy solution as also scum or precipitants on boiling. |

It
is 100% pure sugar. |

Being
manufactured enroute
a 'phospho-flotation process' in conjunction with
a double-stage ion exchange column comprising of
acrylic and styrene-based resins,
and under strictest quality standards,
Pharma sugar 'Sucrose IP'
is
a premium sugar. |

The European Union prescribes a maximum of
no more than 20 ppm of sulfur for white sugar. And this cannot be achieved with
conventional sulphitation processes of making
sugar. Sulphur is a very harmful
toxin.
