Icing-
:: Bake tartlets in a preheated 220 degrees celcius oven for 5 - 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
2 : Meanwhile, combine Dhampure Brown Sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan over a moderate to high heat. Bring to the
boil, stirring, for one minute.
3 : Stir in chopped nuts and spoon mixture into cooked tartlets.
