Icing-
1 : Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over boiling water. Stir in rind, Dhampure Soft Icing Mixture, peel and liqueur.
2 : Pour liquid into a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
3 : Spoon out a teaspoon of solid chocolate mixture and roll quickly with hands, making a smooth ball.
4 : Set the chocolate and oil in a bowl over some hot water and melt gently. Remove from heat and with two skewers,
dip each teaspoon of solid chocolate mixture into melted chocolate and place into a paper or foil case.
