Deccan Pie

or Margarine |

Cornstarch |

Melt
the butter and add to flour and
cornstarch.
Stir until smooth.
Then add Dhampur's
Cane Syrup
and sugar and boil for 3 minutes.
Cool the mixture.
Add beaten eggs, and blend in nuts
and vanilla.
Pour into a greased pan.
Bake first in a hot oven (450Deg F)
for 10 minutes.
Then reduce the temperature to
350Deg F and bake for 30 to 35
minutes.
Your yum pie is ready to be hogged!

sized Yams |

Boil
and peel the yams. Cut into
longitudinal quarters.
Place in a shallow buttered pan.
Pour Dhampur's
Cane Syrup
over the yams and sprinkle some with
butter or margarine.
Bake in moderate oven (350Deg F) for
30 minutes.

Mustard |

Bacon
Strips |
q.s. |

Place
the already baked beans in a
casserole.
Mix with Dhampur's
Cane Syrup and
mustard sauce.
Place bacon/pork stripes across the
top.
Bake in a moderate oven until brown
and crisp.
