Recipe for DEMERARA SUGAR

Dessert Sauce

Ingredients-

1 cup (250 ml) yogurt cheese
2 tablespoons (30 ml) Demerara sugar, packed
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract,
orange liqueur

Preparation-

In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt cheese, demerara sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
