GOLDEN
SYRUP |

| Vanilla Frosting |

| Ingredients- |
|

2 unbeaten egg whites
1-1/2 cups (375 ml) Dhampure sulphurless Sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) Golden Syrup
1/3 cup (80 ml) cup cold water
1/8 tsp (.5 ml) salt
1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla

| Preparation-

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, on a double boiler. Beat over boiling water with a beater until it starts forming stiff peaks. Remove from boiling water and add vanilla. Continue beating until of spreading consistency. Serves for tops and sides of two 8" layer cakes.
