Recipe for ICING SUGAR 
 
Chocolate Party Cake Icing
 
Ingredients-

1/2 c. butter
2 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Preparation-
 
Mix in pan and cook mixture to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Mix with electric mixer for 9 minutes. Use as topping over any chocolate/ plain cake.
