| Rosemary and Red Wine Cutlets |

| Ingredients- |

1/4 cup Dhampure Squeeze Golden Syrup
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
12 lamb cutlets
Seasonal vegetables, to serve

| Preparation-
|
- Combine the Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.
This marinade is suitable for beef, chicken or lamb, and is excellent for skewered meats.
Comments
TIP: You can use Dhampure Original Golden Syrup in this recipe, however we recommend that you stand the tub in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes – this makes it easy to pour and spoon.
