      Golden Spicy Jumbles 
For Jumbles-
Ingredients-
Butter  60 gm  
Brown Sugar 1-1/2 cup 
Golden Syrup 3/4 cup 
Egg  1
Plain Flour 2-1/2 cup
Self - Raising Flour 1-1/2 cup 
Bicarbonate Soda  1-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon pwd. 1 tbsp
Cloves pwd. 1 tsp
Ginger pwd. 2 tsp
Mixed Spice  1 tsp
Combine butter, Dhampur's Brown Sugar, and Dhampur's Sweet-n-Sweet in a pan.
Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
Cool for 10 minutes. 
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in egg and sifted dry ingredients. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently until the mixture loses its stickiness.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
Roll dough between sheets of greaseproof paper until 1 cm thick. 
Cut 3-1/2 cm rounds from dough and place rounds about 3 cm apart on greased oven trays. 
Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 6 minutes or until light brown.
Cool on wired trays. 
Dip half of each biscuit into the icing.

For Honey Icing-
Ingredients-
Icing Sugar  1-1/3 cups 
Milk  2 tbsp 
Honey   1 tbsp
Soft Butter  1 tbsp 
Sift Dhampur's Icing Sugar into a bowl and stir in milk, honey, and butter.
Your icing is ready!
   
Honey Almond Fingers 
Ingredients-
Butter  60 gm
Honey  1/3 cup 
Golden Syrup  1/3 cup 
Ground Almonds 1/2 cup 
Plain Flour 1 - 1/4 cup
Sodium Bicarbonate 1/2 tsp
Ginger Milk 1 tbsp
Combine butter, honey, and Dhampur's Sweet-n-Sweet in a pan.
Stir over low heat until the butter is melted.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. 
Cover and allow to stand at room temperature for about 2 hours or until the mixture thickens.
Turn the mixture onto a floured surface and knead lightly until smooth. 
Divide it into equal quarters. 
Roll each quarter into a long, 1 cm thick sausage.
Cut into 6 cm lengths and shape the ends slightly.
Place these fingers on greased oven trays and bake in a moderate oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly colored. 
Top these biscuits with icing, and stand on wired racks until set. 
Relish!
 
Honey Icing
Ingredients-
Icing Sugar  1 - 1/3 cup 
Milk  2 tbsp 
Honey  1 tbsp 
Soft Butter  1 tbsp 
Sift Dhampur's Icing Sugar into bowl, stir in milk, honey and butter.
Your icing is ready!
 
Golden Syrup Jumbles
Ingredients-
Butter  90 gm 
Maple Flavored Syrup 1/3 cup 
Castor Sugar  1 - 1/2 tbsp 
Corn Flakes  4cup( 120 gm ) 
Unsalted Cashews 1/2 cup 
Shredded Coconut  1/4 cup 
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Combine butter, Dhampur's Sweet-n-Sweet and Dhampur's Castor Sugar in a pan. 
Stir over low heat until the butter is melted.
Boil uncovered for 2 minutes. 
Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and gently stir in the butter mixture. 
Drop equal measures of this mixture into paper patty cases and place on the oven tray. 
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
